Braxton's Prayer Quilt

A wonderful lady from Morrison. Chapel made this precious prayer quilt for Braxton. Here we are holding on tight and praying for his recovery. Everyone at PDS signed it and tied a knot in it after they said a prayer for our classmate.

Prayers for Braxton

As most of you have already heard, one of our classmates, Braxton Grant, had a stroke Friday night. He was transported to Blair Batson Saturday morning. While there, they discovered that he has a condition known as Arnold Chiari Malformation. He is very critical, due to the stroke, the malformation of his skull/brain stem, and the unknown fluid sacks on his lower spine. Please pray for Braxton, his family, and the medical staff at Blair Batson as they make decisions concerning his diagnosis.

Hooray for the 100th day!

Can you believe it's been 100 days since we started school in August! We spent the morning writing to 100, counting all the hundreds of things we brought from home, and cutting out scoops of ice cream and counting by 10's. All in all it was a busy 100th day of school.
